Inner Couch Potato Homicide Update

Okay!  For anybody who doesn’t know about this, go check out the Inner Couch Potato Homicide Challenge and join on in! 

Every week I’ll post my own update and hopefully the other participants will comment with their weekly results as well.  If you’d like to be added to the challenger list, please leave your name, exercise goal, and website URL (if you have one) below and I’ll happily add you to the list!  You can also email me your info to ccthoughts *at* gmail *dot* com if you wish.

My week was super busy and I totally blew off exercising once again.  I only made my goal out of sheer stubborness not to fail the first week – I finished off my last 70 minutes in the last 24 hours, lol.  But I made it – 90 minutes for the week!  :-)

Since it was such a close call, I will be leaving my goal the same and see if I can spread out the exercise next week.  I’ll also see if I’m up for anything other than walking, lol.

How did you do, Kris and Deedee?  Anybody else interested in joining?

    Howdy. Checking in to say, yes indeed, I met my goal. I actually exceeded it this week as the weather was actually nice enough for a walk every day. At roughly 30 minutes a day I walked every day this week.

    But it’s rare that I would get a chance to do that every day, so I will keep my goal for next week at 120 minutes.

  • I think I met my goal – I exercised about 200 minutes. Next week will be less as I am catching something I believe. :(
